Added some new Items, Tweeked the drop rates and hunger/ regen rates. 

Will be adding more monsters and a help screen for key commands next. Then I will add character creation and an actual lose screen as well as main menu screen.

Thanks everyone for taking a look. This game will hopefully be done around march if all goes well.

Added the ability to drop items, and hopefully fixed the hunger bug that made it stop ticking down.
